Download a utility from web called PDF printer and install it in your local PC.
Now in your PC, go to START->settings->printer and faxes...
There you will find one printer icon for PDF printer, which you have created above. Right click on it and choose set as default printer.
Now go to any SAP reports, while giving print for that, it will show your PDF printer as the printer, since this PDF printer would not print your reports, but it will create a PDF file in your PC.
Later you can print that with acrobat.
For selection - screen :
use parameter : prntr like tsp03-name default 'sap printer name'.
move prntr to ouput parameter 'TDDEST' so that it prints in your required printer.
then set in 'SU3' --> defaults spool control --> give printer name 'sap printer name' and check box tick for output immediately.
